This materials schedule itemizes all materials needed to construct the home that are on the plan. While we do not certify the 100% accuracy of the list, due to the way our software performs, as long as we have your input for type of materials you wish to use (floor joist type, subfloor thickness for example), the schedule is quite complete. It is an excellent time saving guide to estimating the cost of constructing a home.

Additionally, we will provide a lumber cut sheet that specifies each piece of lumber, and what pieces it will get cut into, and the amount of waste for each piece. You can view a sample list here.

There are elements of the schedule that can be customized, as noted above. For an hourly charge, we can also input cost items as you desire, as well as values for waste/loss and permitting fees etc.
